Do you ship worldwide?
No, currently we only ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K., and United States.
Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Your order will take between 10 to 35 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Will I have to pay any customs fees?
We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

What are my delivery options?
We currently offer standard shipping for $4.95 and priority shipping for $9.95. Standard shipping on orders above $75 is free globally.
What does priority shipping mean?
Priority shipping is for anyone who can't wait to get his or her shipping as soon as possible. If you choose priority shipping, your order will jump to the front of the queue and will be the next order that our suppliers will ship to you.
How secure is your site?
We process payments using the Paypal and Stripe payment gateway. Paypal and Stripe are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by either Paypal or Stripe to prevent fraud.
Can I amend my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes to be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping information.

When will I receive my parcel?
Once your order is trackable, it will take between 10 to 35 business days to be delivered. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case).
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you have received your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more information. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue as fast as possible.
